Collingwood Housing Project

This project located on Wellington Street, Collingwood is part of a $70 million investment by the Victorian Government. It will be located on the current Collingwood housing site, creating a well-connected mix of social and affordable housing with open spaces and recreation. The double building project will allow for 150 new homes and reimagine the landscape of the existing Collingwood housing precinct on Wellington Street.

Included in the development will be 5% of homes being Disability Discrimination Act fully accessible. We are committed to leaving no Victorian behind and these inclusive measures go a long way towards that goal.
