Vietnam Veterans Day and Investments

Today is Vietnam Veterans Day, a time to commemorate the Veterans of the Vietnam War on the anniversary of the Battle of Long Tan.
We are proud to announce an investment of $10 million towards a new purpose-built facility for the National Vietnam Veterans Museum on Philip Island. With an additional $200,000 dedicated towards the Supporting Those that Served program.
It is important to continue to remember and honour the 60,000 Australians that served in the Vietnam War. I’m glad to see the additional funding, it will help ensure future generations continue to remember and learn about their sacrifices.
